Cancel forgotten subscriptions
Maybe you signed up to a free trial and forgot to cancel, or you got tricked by a dark pattern, or maybe you just don't do as many NYT crosswords as you used to.
Either way, it's not unusual to have unused subscriptions draining your bank account.
Check your account for recurring payments — and cancel anything you no longer use.
For Apple and Android app subscriptions this can easily be done in your phone's account settings.
